Commercial Cleaning Proposal
Thank you for the opportunity to bid the janitorial cleaning of your building. As discussed on the walkthrough, Hartline Offices runs three floors and roughly 42,000 square feet. Canes Cleaners will provide nightly service Monday through Friday, covering all offices, common areas, restrooms, and breakrooms with commercial equipment and eco-friendly products. Every crew member is background-checked and insured.
Scope of work
- ✓Nightly cleaning of all offices, hallways, and common areas, Monday through Friday
- ✓Restroom sanitation and restocking of paper products
- ✓Trash removal and recycling
- ✓Vacuuming and mopping of all floors
- ✓Breakroom and kitchen area cleaning

Service can begin two to three weeks from signing, once staffing and building access are arranged. This is a month-to-month agreement with 30 days notice either way. Payment is due within 15 days of invoice. We accept check, ACH, or card.
